OnIP.tv Privacy Policy

OnIP.tv is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy ("policy") explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your personal data when you use our app.

Data Controller Information

Your Personal Data

We collect the following data when you use the OnIp.tv app:

• Device ID
• App usage analytics
• Email address associated to your Device ID

We collect these data in order to verify your account and gather information on how you use the app so we can improve and better serve you.

How We Handle Your Data

Your Device ID and associated email address are stored and handled in the app backend, and retained for as long as your OnIp.tv account is active. Upon deactivation of your account, your data will remain stored in our system for a period of one (1) year before being permanently deleted from our system.

Your app usage data is stored in the App Center and is retained for a period of 20 days before being permanently deleted.

Data protection

We do not disclose your personal data to any unauthorized third parties.

The app backend, where your data is stored, is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Access and processing of your data in the backend are limited to authorized personnel for added protection.

Data Subject Rights

If you have an account on OnIP.tv, you may:

• Request for more information on how we process your personal data.
• Obtain a copy or export of your personal data in our system.
• Request to change or update your personal data that we have in our system.
• Object to our processing of your personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data from our system, with the exception of any data that we are legally obliged to retain.

You may file your request through info@onip.tv and we will process it within thirty (30) days in accordance with applicable laws. Please be informed that we may refuse your request if we find it unlawful or that it goes against our legal obligations as a data controller. In the event that you object to our decision, you may file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
